CMS Social conducted an Independent Audit of the implementation of the Citizens’/Clients’ Charter by respective Central Ministries and Departments (visibility of CCC in relevant areas, level of awareness of departmental staff and quality of self-assessment report etc.) Project activities involved physical visits to departments, on-line visits of each department’s CCC, review of Self-Assessment Report, related documents and compilation of score for each of the department.
