CMS Social conducted an Independent Audit of the implementation of the Citizens’/Clients’ Charter by respective departments under the Directorate through taking feedback from relevant stakeholders for delivery of services to the citizens/clients in an efficient and timely manner and to help in the establishment of citizen centric government.
