Evaluation of Mukhyamantri Viklangta Sashakti Karan Yojna, 2015, Directorate of Evaluation, Government of Bihar

As an empanelled evaluating agency for Govt. of Bihar, CMS Social evaluated the reach and benefits of the scheme to differently-abled population in the state as well as to make recommendations for improving the government’s intervention under the scheme. The evaluation was conducted in four districts i.e. Banka, Kaimur, Kishanganj and West Champaran of the state. Under the evaluation 800 samples (640 beneficiary and 160 Non-beneficiary samples) were collected under the evaluation.
