An assessment of volunteering experience among the youth involves experience of the volunteers who were involved with social development projects in their respective cities/locations. The end line study dissects into the volunteering experience of the volunteers under B for Change Programme to make an assessment of the qualitative gain of knowledge and skill development on the part of the volunteers while associating with the projects of NGOs and CSOs.
