The CMS Social Team works in the areas of societal change, including health, livelihood, education and human development. Comprising professionals from diverse disciplines, the team is involved in research, capacity building and advocacy initiatives.

International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) Global Assembly

Alok Srivastava, Team Leader, CMS social, participated in International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) Global Assembly being held in Amman, Jordan from April 11-15,2011 and attended by more than 200 participants from more than 70 countries.

He presented a paper on Evaluation in Turbulent Times: Key Challenges and First hand experinces in India. He was also one of the panelists of Presidential Panel on "Varied Faces of Evaluation in Conflict and Conflict-prone Territories."
   


Open eGovernance Forum for Developing Asia

Sri Alok Srivastava, Team Leader, CMS social  participated in Open eGovernance Forum for Developing Asia, organised in Puerto Princesa, Philippines on November 9-10,2010. The forum was attended by participants from 9 countries of Asia and deliberated on issues, challenges and concerns related to e-governance.
