The portfolio of activities undertaken by CMS encompasses various fields and is multi-disciplinary in character. A division headed by senior professional carries out each group of activities.

All India CMS network includes core professionals in various disciplines, supervisory staff and subject specialists at its New Delhi & Hyderabad office. Further state level local organisations also networks with CMS for field support and CMS has field investigators in about every strategic urban and rural location, working on project basis.

This rich pool of human resources enables CMS to undertake time bound micro and macro studies capable of catering to the multifarious needs of a variety of clients. CMS, a social sector policy research unit with experience in conducting evaluation and impact assessment studies has undertaken in-depth surveys with large samples covering beyond 40,000 households at any one point of time.
